Chocolate banana crunch

Chocolate pudding, thin-sliced banana and coconut crunch. Fast, cold and more satisfying than its assembly time suggests.

Make it

  1. Deepen the chocolate

Stir espresso powder into the chocolate pudding. It should sharpen the cocoa without tasting like coffee.

  2. Layer

Divide yogurt between two glasses. Add pudding, thin banana slices and small ribbons of peanut butter.

  3. Finish

Top with crushed chocolate coconut clusters and the smallest pinch of flaky salt. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.

From the Haus

  • Thin banana slices distribute the flavor without turning the dessert into a bowl of fruit.
  • For a firmer dessert, chill the assembled base and add the clusters immediately before serving.
